How is it 480? The ratio was 3:2 and the width remained 750. So 3/5 is 750 meaning 1/5 is 250. So 250*2 = 500 = height. Where have I gone wrong?

Ok, you have me doubting myself, what I did was 3 divided by 750 which 240 and then multiplied the 2 by 240. I just remembered "whatever you do one, do to the other" AM I WRONG OR RIGHT WHAT THE HECK

No I'm certain it was 0.45 becase 9 people out of 20 got below 28

Yep 0.45 all day
What did everyone put for the Colin question
Was 27.5 correct for the upper bound of I ?

Do you think you'd get a mark with putting 9/20?

Yeah I think you'll get the mark for either saying 9/20, 0.45 or 45%

I didn't round until the end but got 80.4

yes sorry, 80.4 is accurate and 80.1 is not (I got 80.4 also 😉🍾🎉)

It was 720 not 750

10 or 11 is right

11 because it was 10.8,cant be 11 because 10.8 is above 10 so has to be 11.For it to be 10 it would have to had been 9.8
I got 29.25

I got 80.4 too. 🤗[/QUOTE

Can I ask how you did your working out because I got 40 degrees and it's really bugging me.

The question was:

All the angles are acute
one length is 7cm, one is 8cm
the area is 18cm^2
find the between the two lengths.

I used 1/2 a b Sin C to find the angle C, then i used the cosine rule then the sine rule.

Ahhhhhh that's going to annoy me forever especially if I miss out by a mark or two. Oh well it was only out of 2 wasn't it so I'll get 1 for the working?

You can have a decimal ratio but you only apply that in biology in maths they tel you not to (I THINK)

It remained 720! not 50 so it was 240 x 3 = 720 and then 240 x 2 = 480

How the hell did u get (-3x-4)?

Because to make -x become 3x squared it had to be multiplied by -3x and to make 3 become -12 it had to be multiplied by -4 and then I expanded to check and the 5x was there also
The pentagon question
You had to find the size of the sides of the pentagon
Then you reconginse that the question says the two lines passing though it are reflective and the same on each side meaning the area where the bottom parts of both lines and 90 degrees and add up 108+108+90+90
Then take away that from 540 and theres your answer
May sound confusing but dont know how to send image sorry
