What did you get for the mcq about the frequency of the refracted light?

The frequency stays the same during refraction so f, what did u put?

I calculated the percentage uncertainity and the percentage difference.
I said that it is not a good method

I wrote that too
Did u calculated the plancks constant?

Yesi did :smile:

I wrote it was, because I got a percentage difference of 0.99%

****. I got percsntage difference as 10. Something

After the plancks constant question I messed up and the last question I was just writing anything to fill the lines cause I didn't have time. Unit 1 was definitely better for me. I really hope the grade boundaries are low.
Dont we use v output = R / R + T x V input to find the thermistor?

Yesi did :smile:

What value did u get?
How did u calculated it?
What did you get for the internal resistance of solar cell and the efficiency?
There should be a poll here about the difficulty level of paper?
What was the ans for the last qs?

E=HF
E=IVT
IVT=HF
IV x1/F = HF
H= [ IV (1/F) ] / F

I really messed it up then 😭

I wrote electromagnetic waves have the same speed so when frequency increase the wavelength decrease and when wavelength increase frequency decrease to equate the speed. and so there will be atomic spectra line showing each wave and its wave length and frequency
Did anyone get 8000Hz for one of them????

Edexcel, thank you for eradicating any dreams of going to uni I had left after core 1.

Overall how many marks do u expect?

I did E= V + ir
E-V / I = r

efficiency = IV / flux times area i think or other way around, i put the small value numerator and big value denominator

Include me too😞
I cant believe this is hapenning

Hey there, last question was quite easy..you were supposed to say that the atoms of the element ( I think it was sodium ) get excited and move to higher energy levels, later, when they do return, they emit photons- only certain energy levels are possible... energy of the photon must equal the difference in the energy levels and as a result, there are only limited no. of energy differences corresponding to the set frequency and wavelength:smile:
