i got 3.7


I was strongly debating between 3.7 and 3.8, but went for 3.8 because 3.75 was still too low, meaning that it was 3.8.

They were all the right steps lol you must have included a wrong angle or side somewhere coz it was defo 80.4 degrees....but if you did all those steps then you'll certainly get good method marks! :smile:

Do i get full marks for putting 80.8 for the last Q even though it was 80.4

For the last question If I made a small calculation error and got 81 instead of 80.4 how many marks will I get?

You are wrong. The trial and improvement was 3.7. I checked many times with my friends, myself and my teachers

3.7^3 - 5(3.7) = 32.153
34 - 32.153 = 1.847
So 3.7 is 1.847 away.

3.8^3 - 5(3.8) = 35.872
35.872 - 34 = 1.872
So 3.8 is 1.872 away.

This shows 3.8 being 0.025 further away than 3.7. 3.7 is closer. This is why i put 3.7, but idk, people are getting rather rowdy at me for putting this idea forward xD
what do you reckon a B will be on the papers combined around 98?
