Did anyone get 114W for one of the solar panels
Literally that was worse than both spec papers combined why r u doing this to us AQA
Where tf were the optics questions????!!!!

Very hard paper. Lack on double slit outside of MCQs was surprising. Also more materials was a shock. No 6 marker was the only advantage of that paper. Also, people who are moaning about time issues I can guarantee 80% didn't finish that as when I looked forward when they called time most were still writing. After the errors in Tuesday's Biology paper it's hardly surprising there was more (Q9). I thought the reason it was difficult is that it was a paper designed to force errors not test knowledge. I mean having to know area of a sphere equation and guess areas of solar panel installations are examples of that. Grade Boundaries will be low though and at least it's only a mock :smile:


This is worded perfectly, Ifeel as if this is what the examiners were trying to do in ocr c1, and this exam. Theyre not really testing your actual knowledge, but your ability to not **** up ambiguous questions you've never seen before, in a pressured situation. Its kinda unfair tbh

first extention question was 2.7-0.9= 1.8mm ??
what was the answer to the diameter question?, anyone get 0.3mm?
did people get four for the number of components??
i got 4.39... and rounded it down
