AQA Music GCSE exam 2016

How did you find the exam? we've had horrible teaching all year so I have no idea how it went lmao

Yeah same lol we have just done practice paper, no advice on melody or anything.
I thought the 6 markers were a bit dry, I didn't have too much to write.
The pop music was easier than the world and classical.
Don't Look Back in Anger was the only nice question imo.
The rest was pretty harder, harder than the other years.

Certainly enjoyed the songs and found it okay - wasn't expecting 2 6 mark questions! :smile:

I'm pretty sure the Oasis one for chords was Minor then major, as I knew the chord sequence before the exam.
Think it was A minor and F major

Yeah the Bob Marley one was a riff i think and then of course the ROlling stones

I don't think there is one as it's quite hard to remember like 50 questions
