I put 80.4. Not sure about 80.1, but 40 just isn't right

If you found the angle ABC which was 40, how many marks out of 6 do you reckon we get?

If you left your answer in 3.s.f you can get 2/3 marks. Depends on the examiner

You can scrap an A*. Grade boundaries will be higher this year

Thanks, also that density question was the answer 3? I messed that up as well and got 291.

I was so gutted i got the question right but i forgot to do the most easiest thing going. Take the angles away from 180 and get 80.4. How many marks do you think i lost with that question?

I got 159, i think an A* would likley be 168 this year as the papers were fair
Yeah that's what I got too
I'm 100% sure that it's right
Can anyone who did Foundation remember if there was a trial and improvement q?
Are our papers scanned in and marked online? And how long will they spent per question because :

worst case scenario: 75/100 and 78/100 (153/200)
best case scenario: 88/100 and 86/100 (174/200)
there's a huge difference because on the best case i included possible method marks and worst case i only awarded marks for the answer...

I'm just scared that if I don't get the answer right the examiner will just skip through the question quick rewarding little method marks ?? :frown:

ahh i pray to god i get an A* i worked so hard :frown:

I know Science is different but my teacher is an examiner and he says he literally takes seconds to mark each answer because otherwise the money he makes wouldn't be worth his time so I really hope it's different for maths and we both get our grades  I wanna take further maths also ahh, good luck!!
