Censorship in China

Hey, I'm travelling to Beijing for a summer exchange and was wondering whether tsr is blocked in the PRC
China sucks.

Now it will be.
Probably.

I don't know if Virtual Private Networks can get around it but the Chinese Ministry of State Security might just decide to throw you in a cell for the heck of it if then catch you circumventing their censorship.

In china typing this now.

Its not blocked,

But its slow as balls.

(Not always, it seems really patchy.. some internet providers are fine with english sites over here, others they just take days to load..)

Yup, I can also confirm it is not blocked.
Set yourself up with a VPN such as Astrill before you go, though,if you want to use Google, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.
