In 0 order reactions does half life halve when concentration halves?
In 2nd order reactions does half life double when conc. halves?
Second order = t1/2 is not constant... it increases.

Yep i know that much..so there is no fixed relationship between t1/2 and concentration in 2nd order? Just that t1/2 increases as concentration decreases?

That's not strictly true, there is a relationship but assuming you're A-level, you don't need to know it but just incase you're interested :redface: :

If you do maths A level, you can actually work out all of these easily by integration :smile:
