Master degree funding

if I have started my Masters degree in 15/16 can I still apply for a loan at the end of June 16 for the following years.

I'm afraid not.

SFE have confirmed that the new postgrad loans are only for courses that start from Autumn 2016 onwards.

Even if it is a roll on roll over module programme ? I am only half way through the first module and it is only 10 weeks long ?

Even then - to be eligible you would need to be STARTING a complete masters degree that begins after September 2016. Continuing students aren't eligible for the loan.
