When would you know to round the class's to their upper bounds i.e 33-35 = 32.5-35.5?
Because I noticed in some questions they do not round (in the book) ?

I think this is how it works
31-32
33-34
35-36
Boundaries are 30.5-32.5 etc

IF its like this
31-32
32-33
33-34
Boundaries are 31-32
