I think there were three isomers since there were two alkene bonds:
E and E
Z and Z
E and Z
but not Z and E since its symmetrical about the centre to Z and E = E and Z

Two alkene bonds but the two inner carbons only had one hydrogen on hence why I think there's only two
For the orders

I swear it was zero order for (br03-) and first orders for the others?

right

It was first order for both Br- and BrO3- and second order for H+

I only did two isomers but to be honest I only had enough room to draw two isomers

E cell was -0.26 V

Need to have the minus sign to get the mark.

Why is it minus? The question said the charge is the same for the opposite tank, so both tanks are positive?
This correct?

And isn't the lone pair of electrons from the nitrogen? It attacks the c=c bond producing no double bonds and an O-
