i got 5.75 as is said exclude the anomalous result but as the table was to one decimal i put 5.8

Hi, I am an international student. I applied for environmental Geophysics and I have been given a conditional offer which I have accepted firm. My question is that if I don't meet with the conditions, can I still be guaranteed the place?
Though I have seen it in previous posts that conditional offers are changed to unconditional if firmly accepted
