This should give some indication of grade boundaries.
Raw marks required for an A and A* since 2009: Jan 2009: 63 Jun 2009: 62 Jan 2010: 53 Jun 2010: 61 (68 A*) Jan 2011: 62 (68 A*) Jun 2011: 68 (71 A*) Jan 2012: 68 (71 A*) Jun 2012: 57 (64 A*) Jan 2013: 64 (69 A*) Jun 2013: 58 (65 A*) (01), 55 (62 A*) (01R) Jun 2014: 64 (69 A*) (01), 63 (69 A*) (01R) Jun 2015: 64 (69 A*)
66 or 67 for 90 UMS. And it depends on what you did.
Thanks mate, well for 1b) I intergrated with limits of 3 to 0 and got 15m But I realised it was 3-2 Question was out of 5 And for the power question I only used wd against friction= loss of ke-gain in mgh got the wrong answer Question was out of 4?
Hopefully. I spent the first 45 mins skipping through questions like a complete moron and did everything in the second half of the time....Made such stupid mistakes tbh and the impulse question oh dear... My M2 was your M3 pole question. I literally just froze knowing I had to catch up cause of my tragic performance in fp2 🙄😂

wd against friction = loss of ke - gain in mgh is correct though?
Except from by tragic performance I really mean tragic performance like 40ums... So was hoping for 95-100 in m2 but sadly that's not gonna happen. Would be a miracle if I scraped a mere 90... Will have to get like 100 in s2 to meet my conditional offers... 😓
How many raw marks are you expecting? + btw do you know whether they are equally as strict about the number of sf in m3? Cause then my grade might be not as good as I thought it would be... 🙄

Not sure yet. On question 1 I know I put 3^2 instead of 3^3 into my calculator so that's one mark lost.
Need to see the paper again to check how many marks I'll get for Q3 and Q4.

I guess they're equally strict but I'm not sure.
Question 4 I think I got right but question 3 remains a mystery to me and my answer had a root in it (some fraction with the root of 2) so I just assumed 0/6 straight away 🙄
Yeah things like that in Q1 are so annoying... I put the wrong limits (3,4) in 1b and I can't believe how dumb that is... 😠
Oh and the last question it asked for speeds and I gave the velocities. That will be 1 mark gone I guess? Hopefully not more...
M3: If that's the case then my 100ums can turn into 80, yay
