I've heard that one before. I can play it too :awesome: though definitely not as well as Yann Tiersen himself. :hide:

You also reminded me of another piece which I like - you should definitely listen to Michael Nyman's compositions.

OMG YOU THIEF!

These were the exact two ones I was going to recommend:cry2:

First you steal my hat, now my music! Do you want me to hand over my bank details while I'm at it?:h:

That definitely goes without saying. Try cleaning the house to it one day, you'll feel as though you're going to war against the dust.

Yep, I like Holst too, though I've never heard of Poulenc before. :hide:

Um, other than the composers I mentioned on this thread I do enjoy Beethoven's compositions (like Moonlight Sonata), stuff by Tchaikovsky and Grieg. There's probably more but can't think of any right now. :emo:
^ Talking of which, I should probably put this up as well:

My favourite composer HAS to be Ludovico Einaudi.

Saw the title of this thread and instantly thought Einaudi (I saw him in concert in london - he was amazing! so interesting to actually WATCH the music)

Philip Glass' Metamorphosis series is good too. This is metamorphosis 1, the repetitiveness of his work is sometimes echoed in einaudis:

Helen Jane Long's The Aviators is beautiful, and underrated.

And! Clem Leek. Haunting beautiful and atmospheric.

Lol, are you trolling?

If not, each to their own I guess.

I like and listen to LITERALLY all types of music. But what's wrong with classical and orchestral?
