Yep, I like Holst too, though I've never heard of Poulenc before.
Um, other than the composers I mentioned on this thread I do enjoy Beethoven's compositions (like Moonlight Sonata), stuff by Tchaikovsky and Grieg. There's probably more but can't think of any right now.
Saw the title of this thread and instantly thought Einaudi (I saw him in concert in london - he was amazing! so interesting to actually WATCH the music)
Philip Glass' Metamorphosis series is good too. This is metamorphosis 1, the repetitiveness of his work is sometimes echoed in einaudis:

I volunteer at my neighbors, she's elderly and recently widowed so I volunteered as part of my Bronze DofE and still go and help out. One Saturday I decided to drag my lil bro along (he was very happy about this ) and I picked bob the builder since he's only on grade 2 and used to watch it lolz

nothing but when i did art back in yr7-9 my art teacher was like GUYS IM GOING TO PUT MUSIC ON and we were all like YEAH!!! and he puts on classical fm which i didnt even know existed...
