Im thinking of doing computer science at Bristol or even Cambridge. i have done gcses this year and this is what i roughly think i got: A MATHS A/A* ADDITIONAL SCIENCE A* COMPUTER SCIENCE A* further maths c in English A/A* in polish B in geography D/C IN RE I got a B in core science last year which wasn't too good.
im thinking to take maths, physics and computing for a level.

Probably not Oxbridge because they look at your top 8 GCSE's

For computer science the main requirements are maths and probably physics but i think your gcses don't matter too much as I know a girl who got mostly B's in her gcse's but 4 A's in her A level and got into cambridge

How does man get an A in Maths but an A* in Further Maths?????
Well you will have to hope that you got better grades than you though because successful Cambridge applicants have mostly A*'s and very few A's in some cases.

To be honest, you don't really know what your chances are, realistically, until you get to A Level. Especially for Cambridge, which looks primarily at your A Levels and will most likely make an A*AA offer.

Lmao - A*AA is seen as extremely good and is a very high requirement - it's far from low, just you wait until you get to A-Levels and you'll see how hard it is.
Because those who are accepted into Cambridge have far better grades. GCSE results are mostly if not all A* and A level grades are A*AA. Welcome to reality.
That's barely GCSEs and you didn't even get A*/A in all of them. There are some Cs etc. You will really need to retake your English and do much much better in A levels. Tak czy inaczej, powodzenia!
