What are plymouth like for taking students who miss their grades?

I have a conditional offer from Plymouth University for BBB - but I've been throwing up all of last night (haven't slept) and feeling rough as today so revision is a pain. Got my last 2 exams tomorrow and Thursday. I've firmed them and have my heart on going but at this rate I feel like I'm not going to get it.
Say I got BCC or something, are they 100% likely to outright reject me?

Nobody knows, not even Plymouth itself. People often are let in to many universities with a dropped grade, but nobody can say if this will be true for this year, this course, this university or you.
