MEI Modules (The uncommon ones)

Hello TSR, over the summer I am going to be studying the following modules for A2 Maths and Further Maths:

D2
DC
NM
NC
FPT ∪ FP3 ∪ DE

However, there don't seem to be many resources at all for the subjects in bold and underlined. Does anyone whose done any of these modules have any advice for learning them such as textbooks, study plans etc.? (I have access to ∫ for FPT)
