Try cooking something you love to eat, or just something random - or invent a recipe! Cook for your parents and you might find it rewarding (provided its not a microwave meal :tongue:)

Gym= In sept at Uni

I've applied for part time jobs, but it's hard to get one to be honest.

I'm considering a range of hobby, just to find the right one for me

When I say I am into Science I mean I like watching documentaries lol
I think it depends on whether your an introvert or extravert as to what will make your life fun. By the sounds of things, you're an extravert and enjoy going out places with other people. It sounds like most of your social group are introverts.

Considering you to be an extravert, I would advise to do anything with other people - like gym, sports clubs, yoga (?? lol), town, clubs (depending on age..). Hope that helps!

The best thing for me is that I am moving out for Uni in sept, so I can explore a new city. It's just that for now I need to find the right hobby lol.

My life was pretty much based on social media or just doing assignments or watching TV. If I ever went out it would be to town. My friends never meet up

When I come bk from college it's pretty much college work and just go on my phone.

Any tips to make my life fun?

I’m joking. I happen to be into science, too. There’s a book called “Quantum: Einstein and Bohr’s Great Debate”, it must be my favourite book right now. A great read. Also, a lot of documentaries on the Universe tend to kill my time, hopefully they’ll amuse you :smile:

40% of people I know at uni, I met them at the computer lab.

The other 60% is my own social skills, I love talking to people, random people.

If you want to change your scenario, start talking to people...

I kind of have the same thing, but I do have quite a lot of friends so I know that if I wanted to socialise and do stuff with people I could, I mostly choose not to because I've always been more of an introvert so prefer being alone. Although this summer I plan on doing a lot of exploring~ going to museums, art galleries, parks, small cafes, and taking lots of pictures cos I'm really into photography and blogging (mainly fashion). Oh and I've applied for jobs in a few places so that will keep me super busy as well. I also want to start keeping a journal~ I have a diary which I type up but it's definitely more special when written so I've been collecting cute notebooks to use.

SOCIETIES!!! Make sure you join lots when you start uni. There will be one for almost anything you're interested in, but if not then make one! You only need a minimum of 5-10 people to have an official one (official meaning you can get funding from your SU, may vary from uni to uni - think it's 7 in mine?) I didn't join any when I started uni last year which was one thing I'd definitely do differently I could do first year all over again.

Learn something new, watch a new series (massive anime fan here ^^), plan your future - I spent a lot of last summer creating shopping lists for uni and doing massive trips to department stores with a few friends which I really enjoyed haha. You don't need to be in a massive social circle to have a good time~ the internet is a huge place and so is the world outside your door! :smile:
