Just did it too, could not do 10(i) at all!! (apart from the first easy mark).

Now trying to work out how to do it...

I'm on that Q too rn. Gosh, the mark scheme, wth? This paper was utter shambles. Calamity to my head. This paper was awful.

Find the ratio between r and h, given by initial conditions, then sub that in for r and find dv/dh then we know that dv/dt is -1/100 then using chain rule find dh/dt

You basically find a value of X to sub in to make the given value, then sub that value of x into the binomial.

You have x/(1-x)^3

Find a value of x that gives you whatever you need to prove, then sub that same value into the binomial.

First of all you know that that value must be between -1 and 1, as well as positive.
