I have been studying at LJMU for three years.
I have not attended the university for the final year due to extenuating circumstances and I have just been told I cannot retake my final year. I emailed my tutor before Christmas but had no reply. Please can anyone advise? The Uni have breached their attendance policy on more than two points

No reply is really not good enough. Have you contacted the Student's Union for advice? They are usually pretty good with this type of thing -
