yeah, i remember 10 to the power of 13 +- 10 to the power of 27, so yeah i got this too.

I think I got that too for the velocity question or something. At first, my calculator kept saying maths error because the numbers were too big to square root at the same time, so I had to square root the answer separately.

Yeah, for the velocity i think when v=p/m. But i also remember doing 0.2/0.42 because the momentum was 0.2 and masses together were 0.42?

i got 0.2m/s for the velocity is that right?

I think I got around that but didn't round it like you so it was a decimal

Also was the speed of gamma rays produced 3.0x10^8 ?

That's what I put

I got like 22,200 W/m^2:confused:

It was in mW, so you had to divide by a million. That left me with 22.22... W/m^2

was that rounded to 3 and how did you work it out again?

No, it was just the speed of light

oh that 1 marker on the top of the page? FFS i put 0 as i thought momentum conserved etc...

Don't sweat it! It's just a 1 marker :-)

1 marker there, there, everywhere man. they're important when so many silly mistakes made. Rough grade boundaries? 48/60 A*?

I bloody hope so. Around 50 for each would be brill

I hope it is 40 for A* but obviously not lol. I think it will be a bit lower than last years though.

40 would be really nice, but unlikely😩

wasn't the momentum just 0.1?
because the M1 was 0.1 and M2 was stationary so it had 0 velocity x 0.21kg so 0 momentum so the overall momentum had to be 0.1? idk heh
I thought both cars were moving towards each other.??

For milliwatts to watts you divide 1000
For watts to megawatts you times by a 1,000,000
