This isn't correct as the use of 'bien que' triggers a subjunctive, it would probably be better to say "bien qu'on se soit bien amusés"

You could also say "on s'est bien amusé, quand même." That's more like "We still had fun, all the same," and it is it a bit less formal. The French say "quand même" a lot more than they write it.
