Student finance cancelled?

I applied for a student finance 3 weeks ago and today I logged in and it says my application is cancelled but I did not do anything?

Have you gone into your account to check if there's any correspondence from student finance in there? They won't cancel without a reason given.

I have not recieved any recent emails from them whatsoever.

Not emails. But letters. You should have a copy of letters in your online account.

Nothing new, last one I recieved was 3 weeks ago.

Alright guys, i just got an email from the saying that I filled in the wrong application..They told me I have to fill in the PN1 form which I don't know.
