Student Finance has taken away my grant and I don't know why!!!

I know student finance can lower your maintenance loan if, for example one of your parents starts working again, but can they take away your grant without any reason?
They can take away your grant for the same reason. Or have you been overpaid? You need to phone them up and ask.

I was overpaid last year, but I assumed they would just lower my maintenance loan [which they have drastically] but not completely take away my grant as well.
