RICE with lots of meat or seafood with veg - basically asian food.I always gain loads of weight during exam season because I stress eat with lots of junk. Then after I *try* to burn it off at the gym after exams.
what would/do you eat on a day to day basis? would you say you prioritize school work over getting a healthy diet?
you can easily eat healthily and get your work done.... just make sure you don't snack on unhealthy food. If you're hungry whilst revising then you should eat fruit e.g. raisins, strawberries, banana, kiwis for instance and not chocolate bars...

I'm the one that's jelly, I hate eating healthy but if I don't I have sleeping problems and can't go to the max in the gym so I have no choice really got into a bad habit recently of drinking quite abit of alcohol at party's as its summer😂 R.I.P healthy body😂😉
