Lost P60

Hi everyone I am applying for a maintenance loan but my mum has lost her P60, and her work are refusing to give her a duplicate. She said I can send a recent wage slip in declaring what she made last year would this help?
Any advice would be much appreciated thanks!

They are required to provide a replacement P60 if asked.

They may be thinking about P45s - which can't be replaced if lost. But P60s certainly can.

If wages through this employer was the total taxable income your mum had, she can also send:
Month 12 Payslip with Total Paid to Date, Week 53 Payslip with Total Paid.
