I know how that feels - if it's about exams, just keep in mind that they're done now and focus on the future. Also, since you're doing the reformed A Levels, the ones you've done this year don't count towards your final grade anyway.

Oh I know that. But it means that I might not even be able to carry on to next year and my predicted grades will be low, therefore no uni. :/

With regards to uni - you can always take a gap year if necessary (though apply anyway). And don't write yourself off so soon. Results day could find you pleasantly surprised.
Just relax for now, and worry about this stuff if and when it materialises as a definite problem.
