Why are so many socialists voting to remain and supporting corporatism?

Lets just look at some facts shall we:

1) The EU bureaucrats are in cahoots with the corporate elite
2) Inequality has risen throughout the EU countries (GINI coefficient)
3) Regulations often penalise SME's whilst favouring corporates
4) CAP/CFP often penalise SME's whilst favouring corporates
5) Exploitation of labour favours corporates

A bunch of moronic turkeys voting for Christmas because they think ERASMUS is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I despair at the naivety and utter stupidity of today's younger generation.

If you are going to state opinion as fact, at least present some sources to back up your hypothesis. So point 1. "The EU bureaucrats are in cahoots with the corporate elite." Which bureaucrats and which corporate elite. Come on. Name names.

The EU funds some of our poorest regions, such as Ebbw Vale?

How is endorsing a substantial amount of funding for regeneration of our poorest areas not socialist, and supportive of corporatism?

Because they lack brain cells and think leaving the EU is a form of hate

"The decision for the UK to leave the European Union was overwhelmingly supported in parts of England with low income and education levels.".

Try again.

But of course there is corporate lobbying. And too right. My pension money is invested in these companies and I and my friends work or have worked for these companies. I am not saying the light shines out of their backsides and some of their practices are definitely questionable, but to cut out the corporate world in favour of some socialist ideology is to cut off the hand that feeds.

To buy their votes just as they do in Eastern Europe by investing millions and then planting the EU flag everywhere telling everyone how much it cost.

EU propaganda:

Yes, thanks EU, for spending our taxes on our regions. How very kind of you.

Keep telling yourself that cherub, twisting facts to fit your own petty agenda, that is a sign of such a weak mind.

The EU also provides a lot of support for sustainability and environmentalism, another thing liberals care about. In contrast our current Tory government gives it a far lower priority.

Your whole thread is flawed and a pile of piss basically. You are a very irrational thinker.

Proved me wrong? How? You just provided a borderline hysterical conspiracy theory? Brushing off the fact of the EU funding our poorest regions as a way to obtain votes. Which is completely irrelevant to your point, why would a socialist care what agenda the EU has behind funding poor areas, as long as they do?

You are so irrational, so please...cach y bant.

Funny that you'd use the 'turkeys voting for Christmas' phrase on Remain voters, when I've only heard it exclusively used for Leave voters until now

ermm a few things... If this was so , why does France have max 35 hour week or Sweden give long maternity leave to man?

yet another pack of Brexit lies - the lists go on and on.
I should get a long list of all the lies told by Brexit students and publish them as a book of jokes when all this is done and dusted.

French working practices or germany worker directors are mates of corporates lollllllllllllllllllll
The Tory right wanting out was enough to make me vote in.
