Seduction vs coercion?

Where do you think is the line between seducing someone and coercing them into sexual acts? To what extent do you think someone who's coerced someone else into sexual acts can be blamed for their actions?

In case you don't know, coercion is forcing someone into sex/sexual acts by convincing/forcing them to consent.

Please be a lil delicate, coercion can be a sensitive topic
