Is it worth retaking if I get a D in Edexcel core science?

I sat the core science in May and I have a bad feeling that I am short of a C by a few marks. The only one I found hard was physics out them all.
Not necessarily. If you're not taking any sciences at A-Level then I don't see why you'd need to, unless you were doing maths/further maths or something and the college/sixth form recommended it. English and Maths are the ones that you absolutely need. That being said, if you really want to resit then see if they'll let you.

Ok thanks I took Edexcel higher tier in May. If I got a C I would still be really happy so prob wouldn't retake if I got a C. I would consider it if I got D but would that mean I would have to do my controlled assessment all over again? I got an A in my controlled assessment so hopefully that can bring my grades up
Mate if you got an A in the CA than you should be fine👍🏻

There's no need unless you want to do science at A level.However,even if you get C,to do A level science (Bio,Chem or physics)you require a B.
