What food should i buy for "breakfast" for dofe?

Excludes cereal bard because of the little grainy annoying bits which go everywhere if it flakes off+it's way too dry.

Any suggestions? I have to carry all my rubbish with me until the end so keep that in mind.

Meal ready to eat, ration packs.
There's many brands of dry meals. All you do is add water and voila. Get the high calorie ones, and I'd recommend you taste them before going.

Yes, any outdoors shop. Black's and millets will have them.

But you're probably not allowed them, you have to prepare meals for DofE, not just reheat them. Check with your supervisor if they're allowed.

a salami

i would but i hate salami, i personally can't stand the taste of it
Trust me, you'll be so hungry that anything will taste good on DofE.
The 'oat so simple - golden syrup' porridge was a lifesaver for me. Even though I usually never like porridge, at the time we all felt that it was the tastiest thing in the world lmao.

Croissants, pancakes, muffins etc are really good because if you're in a hurry to get going you can easily eat and walk at the same time.
