Is it bad/is it normal what I have eaten today?

Breakfast: Special K with a banana and a slice of toast.
Snack: An apple
Lunch: Small portion of pesto pasta salad with sweetocrn and carrots.
Snack: Nectarine
Dinner: Chicken, mash potato and green beans and carrots.

Snack: 2 bourbon biscuits

Meh this is a typical "dieting" diet

That's quite healthy and you're eating a decent amount - are you on a diet or is that just a normal indication of what you eat on a day to day basis?

I had a bagel sandwich, 7 inch pizza, chocolate bar and now its dinner...

I can eat 40 mc chicken nuggets with sweet and sour/curry sauce in 1 sitting + some awesome fries and a chicken legend

I'm trying to maintain my weight because I'm an average weight for my height. But I'd also love to lose a small bit of weight as well, so I can look more lithe. I've had small portions and have done a reasonable amount of exercise today so hopefully that should help me to keep my weight.

I'm just on a healthy, well-balanced diet I guess. I want to maintain my weight, and I just want to eat foods that would keep me healthy.

That's quite good. But you should be doing exercise along with having a good diet. Being fit is a 50/50 proposition of both.
