I'm 18 and going abroad for 2 weeks before I go to uni. When sunbathing, should I sunbath topless or not? I'm not muscular and I'm not skinny. I'm just a normal guy.

if you want, you could even be adventurous and wear a mankini if you want

As long as you have not taken off your top in order to cause alarm or distress to others, you are OK. The burden is on the complainant to prove that you intended to cause alarm or distress, according to the law in UK.
