What have you eaten today?

For breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack?

a chicken salad roll, baked potato, 4 biscuits and some laces.

Weetos for breakfast and then wok to walk
So far only a spicy grilled chicken burger and drink :smile:
Dont plan on eating anything else really quite full😂 Also still getting used to the no fasting life as ramadhans just finished😂
A cheese and pesto sandwich for lunch, fries for dinner, crisps as a snack.... my uni diet has followed me home

Pot noodle, crisps, snickers, flake, banana, chicken burger and chips. Nothing exciting atall:u:
Morning - Went for a walk, when I got back I had a little cheese triangle and a strawberry actimel.
Lunch - A slice of wholemeal bread with bertolli spread and 150ml of tropicana pure smooth orange juice.
30 mins of exercise.
No snack, and dinner hasn't come yet :smile:

Breakfast: Cereal (no milk) and a chocolate milkshake (weird but it's a habit of mine)
Lunch: Cup ramen and a chocolate bar
Snack: Another chocolate milkshake
Tea: Spaghetti and meatballs then a pineapple pot

Will probably have more chocolate later :3
Breakfast: Rice milk, oats and banana

Snack:Paprika crisps

Lunch:Cucumber/Tomato/Courgette salad

Snack:Rice-cakes

Dinner: Potato wedges

Tea and toast this morning.
One slice toast and a yogurt at lunch.
Ham salad tonight and yogurt.
Doc says if I don't get my sugar levels and weight down I have to go on insulin.
Didn't even enjoy the food.
I WANT A MARS BAR!
Cheese and jam on a toast and three cookies.
Nothing for breakfast
A Ham sandwich and an apple for lunch
banana and yoghurt for dinner
