Keep asking me same evidence

So I have started my application quite a while ago, sent all the evidence I could (I just need to send my bank statements), but they keep asking me the same evidence from my dad.

He is self-employed ( a driver) and I have sent the accountant letter from year 2015-2016 April and also his last three bank statements. What else am I supposed to send?

I sorted it out by calling them.

It's weird, because they sometimes keep sending the same letters.
