Who knows except the people who use the sex dolls. Maybe because the experience is better? Imagination is easier with a sex doll? I don't see how I've contradicted myself - would you really call it sex if it's with something not living? Sex is for both parties but in this case, it's only for the user. The sex doll is just a tool.
Not gonna deny that no one's tried to give pleasure to the dolls.

Sex dolls offer a more realistic pressure on the Penis than masturbating, it would able to pleasure yourself more without getting de- sensitised to sex and it could also be used as a practice tool. Arguably it also creates a more immersive Porn experience.
