Crystallisation question - stuck!

Hi all, hopefully someone can help with this. Im trying to calculate a yield of crystals and the evaporation rate in an evarporative cooler.

Im struggling with solubilty data and working out the inital concentration, and final concentration to use in the yield equation.

If a solution is fed at 0.8kg/s and is 50%w/w of solute then w1 (solvent in the feed) is 0.4kg/s.

Is the initial concentration then 0.5 (due to the 50%) or 0.4 (50% of 0.8) or is it as per the solubility data at its temperature (1.53kg/kg solvent)

Then is the final concentration at its new temperature the solubility of the anhydrous solute or the hydrated crystal?

Cheers
