II was wondering if anyone has gotten into Medicine without higher maths?

You can take Maths Standard. Maths Studies is too low for most british unis i'v heard

What do you mean by higher maths? Neither of my two friends who are doing medicine at uni next year did a further maths A-level, if that's what you mean.

Yes it's important, my brother told me not taking further maths made some part of the course pretty difficult, not sure on specifics though

Oh, no clue what's taught in that so I can't comment other than make sure your maths skills are solid/check against requirements

The level of maths covered in a medical degree isn't even to GCSE standard - let alone needing further maths A level.
