Help please- no guarantor

So i have been offered a place at a HE college however for the accommodation i need a gurrantor and everyone i know is unsuitable. My mum and dad don't own their own property neither is my employed.. what am i meant to do? :/

paying 6 months up front is the usual alternative, bank overdraft if you have to.

Find a different guarantor
Find different accommodation
See if you can negotiate to not need a guarantor
there's not a lot you can do... try and find somewhere which will accept your parents or try and find another family member who will do it...unfortunately no one will rent to a student without a guarantor

How do you think foreign students manage, they dont have uk guarantors? Apart from paying 6 months upfront there is also this company but I dont know anyone who has tried to use it so cant be sure it works https://www.housinghand.co.uk/guarantor-service/

everywhere I've stayed international students have to pay upfront, some have used a guarantor service but they generally come with heavy fees
