Because I genuinely (not an ounce of me is joking right now) need to learn and I've been watching videos on it on youtube XD.
I need to learn to cook in general because I went to someones house yesterday and the food was so bad I promised myself I would never do that to a guest ever!

My mum always says I should "stand in the kitchen and learn" and I don't know how that can work, I need to be more practical but she doesn't have the patience for me...:colonhash:

Well, what if they grew up in those countries, knew about the culture followed parts of it and spoke the language fluently. If they do that better than most British Asians then they are more desi than them are they not? I mean, that's like saying anyone who is not White-British can't call themselves British because they aren't of British descent.
