Application help!

I'm really confused here...I chose to print and send the declaration form with all my other documents instead of wait for them to send it to me, but it's been around 2 months and it still states under my "to do list" that I need to "Print and send your declaration form"At the top it also says STATUS APPLICATION SUBMITTED.Does anyone else still have this under their to do list? Does it just stay there throughout the process?
