I use this because I have vaginismus, it's very tight. I've been using this dilator without lubricant; does that mean I can have sex without discomfort?

Penis size varies tho, take measurements of it and Google average penis size and you'll get your answer.

And two seconds searching will tell you that would be a 'bit longer than average, but less than average thickness' human penis. (Average width / diameter is 'about' that, rather than the circumference.)

If this is genuine, why on earth are you not using lube?

Yes, a 1.6" circumference would be a small fraction more than 1/2" across. That's thinner than the average human penis. 1.6" across is slightly larger than the average thickness. (It's complicated by the way that, unlike that dilator, penises aren't circular.)

The depth you can get is going to depend on a number of things, particularly your arousal.
