Scottish Masters Loans

Does anyone know what has been the outcome of the £9k Scottish loan recommended by the Scottish government?

No, it is not. SAAS has been offering the Postgraduate tuition fee/living cost loan for a few years now and its eligibility is restricted to a relatively few courses.

I am talking to an equivalent of the UK government, this year's introduced, £10k loan. It is supposed to provide £9k for any type of postgraduate study.

In that case, no. If there's been talk about it, it doesn't appear to have got past the 'talking' stage yet.
