Idk tbh, i only used anon in the first place to discuss my dreams with Zuluk on here and some of the content was quite graphic like being dissected and killed and stuff so i just carried on really, also i tend to post here at like 3am so if any of my followers are awake then because fewer people post at that time it gives them more time to notice ive posted here :redface:

Visualise and body scans work, visualise a light from head to toe..peace in knowing of a calming place, like a picturesque view.
