UMS are gone?

I'm confused.
Some a-levels have not been reformed.

These a levels still have UMS applied.
Is it for certain that UMS is gone for new - spec exams?

How do universities then compare two students of different exams then if there is no UMS?

Universities never got the UMS anyway so no change there.

And from what I've heard yes it's certain.
