It's alright, there is not really much there, apart from having it's own hospital and being really close to a place called Camberley, which has a half decent shopping centre.
The town is near the border between Surrey and Hampshire.
(I live nearby in a town called Bracknell and I used to go to a army cadet corp in Frimley when I was younger, plus my Dad lives in Camberley, so I have been there a lot).

I'll tell you now that at Imperial, which is where I study, UCL is the butt of many a joke. We really take the fact that they are ranked lower than us to new levels.
On my first day at Imperial, the Union President was like, "Well done, everybody, you got into Imperial." She raised her hand as high as she could and said, "Yale is right below you," lowering it slightly, and named some other prestigious unis before falling on the floor and saying "here's UCL."
Another two I've heard is "the multi-culture system is like a UCL maths student; terrible at integration...", and "bro, that's basic physics; just get out. Shouldn't you be enrolled at UCL?"
In short, Imperial likes to label UCL people as stupid or badly taught, or pretentious, getting all the hype because it's at least a Russell Group London Uni, for people who weren't smart enough to get into Imperial, and also that they allegedly know this but do sod all to catch up.
With all that said, however, my friend doing medicine at Cambridge says he applied to both Imperial and UCL, and he strongly believes that UCL is at least better for medicine. But being in the physics department and not knowing many medics here, I don't have any evidence to back either side of that argument.
I'd like to see what you all think about Imperial.

But that doesn't make sense though cos UCL has some courses that imperial doesn't, like economics which it's famous for.
Reading uni stereotypes anyone ?

This is true. Imperial's excuse? We're specialist in STEM, because we're better at it.
I'm not going to take this argument too far, I have nothing against UCL. It's a brilliant university. In fact, UCL was my insurance choice.

Seriously the rivalry of the three Liverpool Unis is intense. Going to a pub quiz and have the announcer make jokes about Hope is hilarious. God Am I glad I don't go there.
