English certification

I'm the international student who get the offer from UCL.
One of the requirement is IELTS 6.5, if I don't reach this grade do I still have any chance to get in?

Usually not, unless it's only off by like 0.5 . The test shows that you understand and can use English well enough to be able to study in English and produce high enough quality work.

6.5 is pretty low and easy to achieve tho so I wouldn't worry too much

I can't say, they may not take it. Try contacting them and asking about it. They set minimum requirements for a reason so since you don't meet them they can refuse you.

Fact is, if you can barely manage a 6 on reading and listening, you won't be able to fully understand the tasks given. And in turn, properly complete them.
