Haven't left the house in 2 weeks

Nothing to do over the summer. All I do all day is eat, sleep and watch youtube, like I do every summer.

You're at risk of being deficient in Vitamin D.
Have you thought about volunteering?

Its easy to get into this habit, but force yourself to go out even if its just nipping to the shop. If you don't you'll develop severe anxiety/depression

well if they aren't working then how about regular 10 minute breaks in your garden, this way you aren't gonna become ill

I have similar problems but I get out for 20 minutes twice a day, even if it is for just a walk

I've only left my house perhaps three times in the past 2 months.

You don't want to end up like me.
