Do UCL give contextual offers?

Will be applying to UCL for physics (2017 entry) which has AAA entry requirements. I go to a college with A level attainment below the national average, come from a deprived postcode with low progression to HE, no immediate family have gone to uni, etc. Would I possibly get an AAB offer or something like that due to contextual factors?
