I can tell you about the University/Union/Bristol generally and accommodation if you've got any questions :smile:. Although I can't comment on the law department.. aside from the fact that it looks good and has an equally good reputation with employers.
I know your considering switching to politics, if you want I can private message you a list off all the units that have been running over the last few years to give you an idea of the things you might be studying.
